1. Digital Products & Access

2. UK & EU "Cooling Off" Rights
If you are a resident of the UK or European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel your purchase.
- Important Exception: By clicking "Start," "Play," or "Download" on any Wayfinder content, you expressly consent to begin the service immediately and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right to a refund.
3. Faulty Digital Content
Under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act and international consumer laws, if our digital content is proven to be faulty or misdescribed, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund.
4. Subscription Cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
